I
have so far managed not to kill all my workers at my job.
Last
night I got a panicked call from one with an issue that I tried to solve over
the phone. She wasn’t listening and wasn’t figuring it out, so I drove all the
way back to work in the middle of the night to help her fix it.
I
didn’t raise my voice. I didn’t call anyone names. I worked through it with
her, showed her what she needed and got out of there without getting angry.
I
think I’m going a good job of that.
Challenge
to my Readers:
Work
is super frustrating sometimes. But getting angry just breeds ill will and
makes it even worse. Keep your cool and the solution will be made clear.
