cool and calm.
Not
really. But I try really hard to at least appear calm and cool.
Notice
how lately I’ve been having trouble keeping workers at my shop. Well, the other
day my owner complimented me on never losing my cool about it. Okay, so I never
lost my cool in front of her. She doesn’t know about the epic breakdowns I had
at home or the sleepless nights, but it still felt good to be complimented
about that.
