Day Two Hundred and Eighty Six: Yoga


I’ve started doing yoga.
Okay, I’ve done yoga before, but now I’m doing a different kind. Before I was doing it for flexibility. Now my doctor (well, his receptionist, who swears by her yoga routine) says I should do it to relax. You know, distress.


So, if I suddenly strike a pose while I’m talking to you, you’re stressing me out.
Stop talking.

Don’t stress, just yoga.
