Day Two Hundred and Ninety Seven: Agerasia

: the state of looking younger than one is

I look so much younger than I am.
Everyone tells me that this will be a good thing in twenty years. I’m sure it will. But I get my ID checked when I so much as walk next to a bar. Hell, I kept getting my ID checked when I lived in Europe, and the drinking age there is sixteen in some places. Mind you, I can’t drink anyway, but it would be nice to be treated like an adult sometimes.
I guess it’s something I can be proud of, because having a young face makes me feel pretty. I’m sure in ten or twenty years I’ll really love it.

Challenge to my Readers:

Love your face, whether it be old or young.
